The terms of service, the privacy policy and what trading crypto futures can cost you.
Risk Disclosure
Signal-Only Product, not advice: SuperKamouBot provides informational trading signals only. Nothing on this website or from our team is financial, investment or trading advice; consult a qualified professional for investment decisions. SuperKamouBot does not hold customer funds or execute trades on customer accounts, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. All trading involves substantial risk of loss, so only trade with capital you can afford to lose. The current operating state is on the Status page.
Informational Purpose: Performance data, signals, and results are provided for informational purposes. Treat every signal and result as one input to your own decision, never as an instruction to trade.
Trading Risks: Cryptocurrency and futures trading can result in losses that exceed your initial investment. Past performance does not indicate future results.
User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and risk management. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose and should consider your investment objectives and risk tolerance.
No Guarantees: We make no representations or warranties regarding the profitability, accuracy, or reliability of our system. Results may vary significantly between users and market conditions.
System Limitations
Active Software: SuperKamouBot is actively developed and maintained. The system may receive updates that could affect signal behavior.
Market Conditions:The system's performance is subject to market conditions, exchange connectivity, and external factors beyond our control.
Technical Risks: Internet connectivity issues, exchange outages, or system maintenance may temporarily interrupt service.
Privacy Policy
Service data: Account information, subscription and credit records, and system logs are used for service operation and account management.
Contact and feedback: If you submit a contact message, we receive your name, email address, message, and optional company. Signal walkthrough feedback also asks whether you currently place futures trades manually and records your optional one-time invitation choice. We use this voluntary feedback to evaluate the walkthrough and may reply about your message.
Email routing and invitation: The contact form sends submissions through Resend to our contact inbox with your email address for reply. Resend processes the email for delivery. The separate invitation checkbox indicates whether you permit one optional walkthrough follow-up. Leaving it unchecked still sends your feedback and gives no invitation consent.
Sensitive information: Do not include exchange credentials or account details in contact or feedback messages.
Service providers: We do not sell or rent personal information. We use these providers to run the service, and each receives only what it needs for its role:
- Stripe processes card payments and the billing portal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency payments, only where a crypto option is offered at checkout.
- Resend delivers email, including contact-form messages and account emails.
- Firebase and Google Firestore store account, subscription and credit records.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view and event measurement.
Analytics and attribution:To understand which channels bring visitors, we keep a first-touch source (for example a campaign tag or the referring site) in your browser's session storage. It is used in aggregate measurement and may be attached to a sign-up or checkout. Session storage is cleared when your browser session ends.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Your data: To ask about the information we hold about you, including a deletion request, email info@superkamoubot.com. Some billing and security records may need to be kept where required.
Terms of Service
The service: SuperKamouBot, operated from British Columbia, Canada, publishes crypto futures trading signals to subscribers. Each signal names an asset, direction, entry, stop and +1R target with a window of 8 hours. Every strategy must pass a shadow (paper) test before it can trade live capital, and the current operating mode is published on the Status page. Signals are informational, are not financial advice and come with no performance guarantee. We do not hold your funds, and we do not trade your account: you place every order yourself.
Subscription and billing: Pro is $59 USD per month, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. The credit terms that govern signal reveals are stated on the Pricing page.
No refunds: Payments for SuperKamouBot subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. Unused paid credits keep their reveal terms until they expire.
Service access:Access to SuperKamouBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service.
Acceptable use: Users must comply with all applicable laws and exchange terms of service. Misuse of the system may result in account termination.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, SuperKamouBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the system, including trading losses.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
